I genuinely think the Sous Vide machine is the greatest invention since sliced bread. It's SO cool! My version of the Starbucks Egg Bites and better, faster (actually not this), stronger (maybe?), and way cheaper!
I highly recommend you try these! They're so simple, taste SO good, and can be stored for several days in the fridge!
Salt and Pepper
Using egg whites instead of all eggs will keep the calorie count down per serving but not affect the taste much at all!
Here’s how to do it:
Blend ingredients together
Place in single serving mason jars
Finger tip tight the lids so air can escape but water can't get in
Sous Vide at 180 for 30 minutes
